Challenge
Merck wanted to launch a website allowing patients to find assistance options should they not have prescription drug or health insurance coverage and who, without assistance, could not afford their medicine and vaccines.
Approach
The client asked us to:
• design a website with an intuitive user interface
• develop a custom content management system (CMS) to allow site administrators to manage key sections of the site, including all product listings and the eligibility tool
• provide easy navigation to product and eligibility information
• offer multiple search features so patients could find and select their product
• create a tool to inform patients if they are eligible and if so, next steps to take
Result
With frequent product updates and changing eligibility criteria our client could revise the site through a simple administrator dashboard. The website is a source of pride for the organization.
