Approach
Our challenge was to visualize this microscopic symphony, while showing broilers in their natural environment. To do this in 3D, we produced high quality videos of Cornish Rock Hens filmed in front of a green screen. Alas, these videos did not exist in the wild! So we instead sourced high quality still images and used them to composite over a 3D model of a chicken.
Impact
This film has been used in marketing materials presented by DSM’s sales team to animal nutritionists and farmers, as well as on DSM’s social media channels and microsite.
